Rose Y. Bautista, Attorney at Law,  has been serving immigrant communities since 1990. Ms. Bautista emigrated from the Philippines to the United States at the age of seven (7)  and became a naturalized citizen when she was 12.  She grew up in the multicultural setting of Hawaii and graduated from Kohala High School on the Big Island before earning a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Mount St. Mary's University in Los Angeles.  

She obtained her law degree from the Seattle University School of Law in 1989 and became a member of the Washington State Bar Association in 1990.   Ms. Bautista focuses her law practice on immigration and nationality laws.   She  speaks Ilokano (a Filipino dialect) and conversational Spanish.

As an immigrant, Ms. Bautista has first hand experience with the process of adjusting to a new country. This has given her the understanding and empathy to connect with clients and represent them with compassion and zealous advocacy.
